With a unique background in Behavioural Psychology and Non-verbal Communications, Yauheniya has an ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Under her direction, Uptitude is empowering organisations to leverage the power of actionable data insights. Yauheniya currently manages operations in both the UK and India, leading a team of talented professionals as they drive digital transformation for clients around the world.

Ben can connect people and processes to reduce silo working, decreasing the costs of duplicating efforts and not aligning with the “North Star.” He enables advanced cross-company analytics with low-code solutions. This results in much higher engagement of users, faster development of applications, and higher levels of change acceptance. He has helped numerous teams on their journey of increasing their digital maturity, from Excel to SQL. He knows how to take people from any walk of life and engage them for a better future.
